EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION :
- Registered for PhD in July 2011, the thesis has now been submitted for evaluation.
- August 2007 to August 2009: Completed the Master's program in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology from the Ali Yavar Jung National Institute for the Hearing Handicapped, Mumbai (1st rank in the University).
- September 2003 to July 2006: Completed Bachelor's degree in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology from B.Y.L. Nair Hospital, Mumbai (Recipient of the University Gold medal for all the three years).

- Worked as a consultant Speech Therapist at the Institute for Psychological Health, Thane between September 2007 to June 2011.

- Conducted "Atkepaar", a seminar on awareness of stuttering in May 2010 at the Institute for Psychological Health (IPH),Thane. This was the first seminar of its kind in Maharashtra.
- Started a monthly self help group for persons with stuttering with the same name (Atkepaar) along the lines of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) at IPH, Thane from June 2010.
- Conducted communication skills workshops for select professional groups like:
- Bristol Myers
- Social workers in an exchange program from Sweden ("Swindia", IPH)
- Attended an REBT certificate course and an 'Advanced REBT for anxiety' certificate course at IPH and is well equipped to use REBT as a part of therapy.
- Certified in the use of Makaton as part of therapy.
- Reviewed a research paper for the South Africa Journal of Communication Disorders.
- Delivered lectures to S.Y.BASLP students as a guest lecturer at Ali Yavar Jung National Institute for the Hearing Handicapped, Mumbai in June 2011.
- Participated in a panel discussion on Group therapy at Yashada, Pune.
- Conducted a workshop on Communication with adolescents as part of a team at Jehangir Hospital, Pune.
- Worked as a guest lecturer at Modern College of Special Education, Pune from September 2011 to June 2013.
